my campaigns are not running. they say running but are not working. this is happening on both of my accounts and my partners account

I started a campaign 3 days ago with a contact list and template I saved through the tool that shows 'Running' but has sent 0 messages. I have successfully launched 2 campaigns with Cold DM previously with similar / the same settings with no issues. EDIT: This occurs when I try to restrict the number of contacts in the contact list (e.g., 30 out of 50)

The site is barely even functional for me. I can't even use it and I paid money for this

I started a campaign in Cold DM. Then Twitter locked my account.
